Oral history interview with Betram R. Pass, June 16, 1988.

Pass chronicles the history of Temple B'nai Torah on Mercer Island. He discusses the early years and growth of the Temple, including the purchase of the property and the people involved. He describes the business issues of rebuilding after a major fire in June of 1977. Pass's narrative continues through the growth of the congregation after the reconstruction and into the years of Rabbi Jacob Singer's illness and death.
